Pat Farrell-Frederick

I am a fabric/fiber artist creating mixed media collages. I use time-tested and traditional methods of sewing, weaving, quilting, appliqué, patchwork, knitting, beading and embroidery, (usually labeled as ‘craft’) in contemporary and unexpected ways to create my art. I may often incorporate paper and found objects. My creations come from my insight and imagination, from nature and from looking at the work of other fabric artists. I have produced 3 solo exhibitions.
